Primo Sealcoating & Asphalt is a locally owned and operated asphalt maintenance company based in Kirtland, Ohio. Owned by Neil Ribelli, the company was built on a simple philosophy: do quality work, communicate honestly, and treat every project like it matters—because it does.
We provide residential, commercial, and municipal services including sealcoating, crack filling, line striping, asphalt repairs, and pavement maintenance. Primo also specializes in the design and construction of multi-sport surfaces, creating durable, high-performance courts and recreational areas tailored to each client’s needs.
